Project Overview

This documentation site is for teams who want to use small, local language models to solve real, everyday work problems - leave approvals, expense claims, IT helpdesk tickets, lead routing, inventory alerts, invoice approvals, meeting room booking, and new employee onboarding.

Who is this for

The site is for two groups of readers.

The first group is corporate decision makers - team leads, operations managers, HR, finance, IT, and sales operations. They are not building AI. They are trying to decide whether local AI is realistic for their team, where to start a pilot, and how to scale once a pilot is working.

The second group is engineers and analysts who will actually wire the systems up. They want to see the architecture layers, the data flow, the security model, and the reference prompts and patterns.

What you will find here

The site is organised in five top-level sections.

  • Get Started - the 5-minute quick start, the 30-minute model run, and the demo index
  • Adoption - the four-phase adoption journey (Discover, Pilot, Build, Scale) with entry and exit criteria for each
  • Architecture - the system layers, data flow, and security model that ties the modules together
  • Case Studies - worked examples of the journey in three different industries
  • Project Docs - this overview, the executive summary, the roadmap, and the audit history

Below those sit the 12 modules (ISP Classifier, ISP Reasoning, Qwen + RAG, Gemma E4B, HR Assistant, SLA System, Smart Gift, LLM Demos, Enterprise Apps, MLOps, AI Software Life Cycle, and Engineering Practices).

Reading order if you are new

If you are new, read in this order.

  1. Why AI Work Flow - the case for local, small models
  2. Demo - a working example
  3. Adoption Overview - the four-phase journey
  4. Architecture Overview - the system layers

If you want a deeper look at the engineering side, continue with the Architecture Layers, Data Flow, and Security pages.
